How these workshops are different

No prescriptions

You won't walk away with a 10-step plan someone else designed. You'll walk away with a clearer sense of what works for you.

Small and intentional

Groups are kept small on purpose. The quality of the room matters more than the size of the audience.

Grounded in real training

Work with a ICF-certified coach versed in somatic resilience, and two years as a crisis counselor.

The point is never to create dependence. It's to help you trust yourself enough that you don't need to keep coming back.
